About Psychotherapy

People come to therapy seeking relief from the painful edges of the human condition.
We all want to live fulfilled and meaningful lives.
We all want to feel connected.

Psychotherapy is a true collaboration -- and one that provides
a safe and supportive environment to explore, grow, and heal.

Together, we'll see the best in you--
even when you're feeling your worst.

A good therapeutic relationship elicits resilience,
deepens self-awareness, builds relational skills,
and improves quality of life.

It's one of the best gifts you could give yourself.

By tapping into innate strength and wisdom,
the door for healing and transformation opens.

The capacity for positive transformation
is a natural and self-righting force in all of us,
no matter what we've been through in our lives.

My Approach

I work with children, teens, and adults.

I'm integrative in my approach, and lean towards the strengths-based, relational, and experiential.

My lens is informed by attachment theory, ecopsychology, mindfulness practice, gestalt, parts work,
expressive arts, and play therapy.  My background infuses my practice with a holistic lens,

and taps into the richly textured layers of experience, including the wisdom of the body.

I'm trained in trauma-informed models such as EMDR, and I have level 3 training in AEDP.
